2024 adviser of the year: jill salmon
Mrs. Jill Salmon is the adviser of the Hermitage chapter and has been teaching at Hermitage for 25 years! Her dedication to FBLA includes serving on the Missouri FBLA Foundation Board, acting as the Lead Adviser in Districts 3 and 13, and being honored as the Middle School Outstanding Adviser in 2023. Mrs. Salmon also founded one of the first Middle School Chapters in 2010.
In addition to her success in the classroom, she is a mother of five, all of whom were FBLA members and competitors. Her son Ben served two terms as a State Officer. At the State Leadership Conference in April 2024, she was joined onstage by all five of her children and was recognized as our Adviser of the Year.
