SLC Agenda

pricing & payment

Registration includes all competitive event fees, workshops, and supplies.
Cost: $60 per attendee
Check: Mail check to Missouri FBLA, 205 Jefferson Street, Jefferson City, MO 65101
Credit Card: Pay directly online via Blue Panda invoice ($10 convenience fee)

Changes and cancellations can be made by logging into Blue Panda and adjusting your registration. Cancellations cannot be made/refunded after the close of conference registration.

Comprehensive Consent Form – Click here to download the form that all members must complete and turn into their local advisers. Local advisers must hold onto these forms and bring them onsite to SLC.

Leadership engagement

SLC provides opportunities for members to dive into their leadership journey including career exploration, public speaking, and transitioning into high school. 

officer elections

Student leaders can advance their leadership potential by running to serve as a Middle School State Officer in one of three positions. Applications are due March 6 at 5 PM.

Objective Testing

Test Window: March 4 – 20, 2024 at 5 PM
All tests will be administered at the school site prior to attending SLC in person.

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers
if my student doesn't finish their work, may i receive a refund?
No refunds are offered after the close of registration, regardless of completion of competitions.
when do we know if we won?
Winners are announced at the Awards of Excellence Ceremony during the in person SLC. Details will be made available to local chapter advisers after the closing of the ceremony. 
do members have to attend slc?
We highly recommend members attending the SLC. For any event with a presentation component, members must be present to participate.
