The premier organization for leadership development, Missouri FBLA is proud to offer students an opportunity to serve in leadership roles within the organization. Members may choose from local, district, state, or national officer opportunities.

Local chapters are encouraged to operate their officer positions in accordance to the approved positions created by Missouri FBLA. However, depending on the chapter, additional positions may be required to operate.
Each local chapter sets their own requirements, guidelines, and timelines for local chapter office.

hs district officers
Each District elects six (6) officers each year in February to govern their district for the upcoming year. The President of each District serves as the representative to the Missouri FBLA Executive Council and must attend the Executive Leadership Retreat to serve in this role.

ms & collegiate state/national officers
The highest honor bestowed upon student members, serving as a State or National Officer provides opportunities to hone in on business skills and advance leadership development. Missouri FBLA elects six (6) officers for collegiate and three (3) officers for middle school.
